A little history
I have been using cameras since I was a kid. I started out with a polaroid camera. Next came the obligatory 110 pocket camera that almost all kids had. From there I purchased a point and shoot 35 mm Pentax IQ-Zoom. It was a nice camera, but soon I inherited a Pentax ME-Super 35 mm SLR camera. I fell in love with it. It was around this time that I started working for the St. Francis de Sales high school yearbook, The Accolade. I was a Co-Photo Editor. My friend, Kris Wehner, and I were pretty much the only two photographers on staff. We processed and printed all of our images. Just recently I splurged and bought a Nikon N70 outfit with a 28-80 and a 70-300 mm Sigma lens set. This is a wonderful camera that I have been using in an introductory Art class at The Ohio State University. Here is some of my collection. Most images can be clicked on to get a larger image.

The Good and The Bad Through a Window
What I was looking for while composing this theme was what different kinds of views can a window reveal. Usually when one looks out a window you want to see a nice view. That's not always the case. I tried to pick some of these good views and contrast that with some not so good views.

Cosmo: Dog in Human Form
For this theme, I posed my dog, Cosmo, in a variety of ways that most dogs don't think about doing. Cosmo was never in danger and was not forced to do anything that he didn't want to do. Although, a little repetition and reinforcement can pursuade him to do a lot of things.

The Family Photo Album
With absolutely no artistic influence, well not intentionally anyways...Take a peak into what goes on in my life. College, roadtrips, my dog. You name it, it might be here.
